Membership Activation
1.1 Membership is activated upon full payment on the Glion student life website, granting you access to the Glion Heritage Club for the current semester.
Events Refund Policy
2.1 no cash refund after payment
2.2 However, you may request a credit for future events within the same semester, subject to approval.
2.3 This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Membership Refund Policy
3.1 no refund after payment is also valid for memberships.
3.2 you may ask to transfer your membership to another student, subject to approval and fees.
Transfer Policy for Cancellations Thirty Days or More Before the Event
4.1 If you cancel your participation at least 30 days before the event, the full amount can be credited toward a future event.
4.2 Transfer requests must comply with the Club’s cancellation policy and be submitted to the following email: contact@glionheritageclub.com.
Event Participation Guidelines
5.1 Members are expected to act respectfully and professionally during all events. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the event and/or revocation of membership privileges.
5.2 Participation in certain events may require advanced registration or additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.
Code of Conduct
6.1 Members of the Glion Heritage Club represent both the club and Glion Institute of Higher Education. All members are expected to uphold the values of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism.
6.2 Violations of the code of conduct may result in temporary or permanent exclusion from the club, at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
Membership Renewal and Expiry
7.1 Membership is valid for one semester and must be renewed to continue accessing club benefits in subsequent semesters.
7.2 Membership does not automatically renew; members will be notified of renewal deadlines in advance.
Event Modifications or Cancellations
8.1 The club reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Members will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be provided at the club’s discretion.
Communication and Updates
9.1 Members must provide valid contact information to ensure they receive all updates and communications about events, schedules, and club activities.
9.2 The primary communication channel for the club is WhatsApp. Members are required to join the group chat to stay informed.
